Customer Reviews

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great alternative to Blizzak I've driven Subaru AWD w Blizzak at least 4 winters. These Contis seem to have equal grip on my new 2017 Golf R AWD. The most significant difference is the improved stability/handling with the Contis, which do not squirm like the Blizzaks. This may come with a very subtle disadvantage on the coldest or most icy conditions but is a big improvement in all other conditions. These are also very compliant, comfortable, and quiet. I am very easy on snow tires until it really snows, knowing the consequences of tearing them up early on dry pavement. In snowy conditions I test my tires to the max and these offer excellent confidence in straight line acceleration or full throttle power slide. One Michigan winter on these and I'm looking forward to another with no noticible tire wear after about 4,000 miles last winter. Based on the firm feel of these compared with the Blizzak I expect to get up to 50% more miles on them compared to Blizzak.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from unreal. Unreal. 2011 ford flex FWD... There is not a winter tire out there that can touch this thing. Its not only does it start the vehicle good, it stops it!
