Rated 5 out of 5 by from Longer life than expected These were OEM on my 2016 Honda Pilot. I've got 53,000 plus mileage. Dealership is suggesting replacement. I'm not down to the wear market but the outsides are worn down due to dealership. Deflating tires to lower pressure. I tend to run higher pressure which affects ride but give better roll coefficient. These tires have been great! Quite, solid in the wet and sticky in normal conditions. Not the best in snow but not horrible. I'm going to be purchasing these again soon. I drive my pilot like a much smaller vehicle. I drive to hard and should really slow down. Longest lasting tire I've owned.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Terrible treadwear!! The Continental Cross Contact LX Sport tires came on my 2017 Mercedes GLE 350 and I have 29,000 miles on it. The tires are worn and are ready for replacement already in spite of the fact that the car is not driven hard. I have had many cars and tires in my lifetime and these are the most disappointing ones yet. It is quite unfortunate since other than the treadwear issue it was a decent tire. Obviously from the other reviews the premature treadwear is very common and unfortunately your response is the same to everyone.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Nice Tire, POOR Treadwear These were OEM on our 2016 Audi Q3. They ride fine and work well in both dry and wet conditions (poor in snow). However, with 33,000 miles they are at 4.5 to 5/32 tread remaining. They have no tread life warranty. I echo our MDX friend — 33K is pretty sad for the family market runs. These are the second most expensive tire available for the Q3, yet the only one without a tread wear warranty. The other highly rated tires only seem to go about 30K as well, but with a 60K warranty there is some monetary help available on the other end. While a good tire, they are VERY expensive to own.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Much better than the previous Michelin's I purchased this set of Continental's based on the reviews posted on the web. Sure am glad I did. They are much quieter than the Michelin's they replaced and, to date, they appear to be wearing much better too. The ride is smooth and comfortable. The cornering is a tad soft, but okay if your speed is adjusted to correct. Breaking is perfect. Wet driving has been amazing. The only negative I could find is ice and snow driving. Just okay in the snow. So-so on icy roads. Still, all facts considered, one of the best tires I have ever owned in my 45+ years of vehicle ownership. If these ever do decide to wear out, I will definitely purchase another set of Continental's, ones more designed for snow and Ice.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Nice tire, POOR Treadwear These were OEM on our 2016 MDX. They ride fine and work well in both dry and wet conditions (never been in snow). However, with 33,000 miles they are at 2.5 to 3/32 tread remaining. They have no tread life warranty. 33K is pretty sad for a family grocery getter. These are the second most expensive tire available for the MDX, yet the only one without a tread wear warranty. The other highly rated tires only seem to go about 30K as well, but with a 60K warranty there is some monetary help available on the other end. While a good tire, they are VERY expensive to own.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from CrossContact Sport has inferior Treadwear These CrossContact sport tires came in a new 2016 Acura MDX. At 29000 miles they are threadbare. This is a very common trait in all these reviews. Tires were rotated regularly, as all maintenance was performed. My son who is a master mechanic said a tire like this should never be allowed to have such a huge tread rating (80000mi), when they obviously do not perform to a figure even close to this. As far as the manufacturers responses to customers effected: “if you can show documentation for regular rotation, Every 6K mi... we’ve moved twice, ...and I don’t think most people keep this on hand. I did not see that specially in our documentation we received with the Acura! Poor way to back such overstated claims for any tire!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great performance and life span Never usually write reviews but I have been so impressed with these tyres I felt I had to share. The Cross Contact LX Sport 275x40 R22 was OEM on my 2016 Range Rover Sport. I travel a lot for work and have now done 80,000klms and the tyres are still performing really well, another 3mm to the replacement marker built into the tyre. I am replacing them now with another set for the wert season. Expensive up front but to get 80,000klms it works out as you get double the life out of them.
