Rated 5 out of 5 by from Outstanding Tire. I have 2 BMW's, 2009 Z4 35I which i have the original Extreme Contact DWS tires placed on it. I raised the air pressure 4lbs more (33 to 37). The ride changed significantly. The ride was much smoother and quieter without sacrificing performance. It performed well in all seasons includung snow. The second vehicle is a 2007 X3 3.0SI M series badge with Sport kit. Having the performance package made the vehicle ride rough, the DWS06 tires also smoothed out the ride and enhanced the the performance. I have not been through a winter season with the 06's yet, but am confident they will exceed all my expectations. I truly love the DWS tires and will perchase them as long as they are in production.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from CAMARO SS I was shopping for new tires and comparing my existing brand (begins with the letter P) when the dealer mentioned "Continental", I knew nothing about this company. I was just going to buy what I already had but it made more sense to get the ExtremeContact DWS06 (F-245/45/20, R-275/40/20). I needed a tire that would provide smooth handling and most importantly safety features in the rain since I live in Florida. My car has been riding on these awesome new shoes for a month, they feel comfortable, smooth, and most importantly safe. The warranty was a great selling point but the technology between the thread is most impressive. Needless to say, I am very satisfied and would recommend this tire if you're also in need of quality and safety.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from the whole package I have an unusual obsession over tires and I spent months shopping for my next set. I decided on the ExtremeContact DWS06. I have owned Pirelli, Good Year, Dunlop, Cooper , BF Goodrich and many others but these are the best by far. They look great. They ride quiet. Incredible grip. I'm used to kicking the back end out a little but these tires just stick. They are new so i cannot comment on treadlife but if they wear as good as Continentals that I have owned in the past, I'm confident that i will be satisfied with the treadliife as well.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great tire These tires have outstanding handling in all weather and they handle great. I have put them on my new Audi A6 TDI. The only problem I had is that they shake profusely after the car sits for a bit. I spoke to continental and after 6 weeks I had them replaced. The shaking is because of the Nylon in the sidewall I was told by engineers which in the end makes the tire more durable and it extends the life of the tire I'm told by Continental. In a nutshell, I am very pleased with the tire. I just wish they could fix the shaking. I

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Tire sidewall bubbled Purchased and installed DWS06 at my land rover dealer in 9/2015 at 79800 miles to replace the conti-sport contact 4x4. Currently at 85900 miles and on 10mm, 11 is new, there is an almost 3 dia bubble on one tire. With 45k miles to go, I'm feeling like this but was a wast of funds. If I was within the three month trial period, I would have switched the set to the stock conti tire. I have conti's on my other three vehicles, but not the DWS06. I have been faithfull to continental tires to this point.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great all season performance tire. I'm on my third set of Extreme Contacts for my 07 MAZDASPEED3 and fourth set of tires overall. With 75,000 miles on the clock, you can do the math on treadwear. It's no where near 50,000 but I have gotten credit towards the next set so there's that. Great in snow and on ice, excellent in the wet. Dry traction suffers a little in hard corners although 40s are better than the 45s for handling.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from bought my 06s today. WOW! I needed a tire I can run up to 180 mph at the Mt Pocono NASCAR tricky triangle speedway. After careful due diligence, I chose the 06 with newest technology. A person can goto the driving school over a weekend, get on the track using a NASCAR usual car w instructor. if u pass muster u can take it car after tech inspection. loads of European cars running. I hav a Super Muscle Mustang 550 up suspension Steeda, Brembo brakes it's not a Ford any more. wen I drove home I was amazed how I felt glued to the road. wiped around a corner at 50mph like nothin. these 06s are tiger paws for real. I'm Leary about tread wear, they are soft rubber. if they wear out early I'll see if Conti 50K warrenty is worth paper it's written on. this is not a daily rider but do use as pleasure w top down. passes inspection. rite now I wanna go see how far I can push them. continental has been building tires since Noah built the arch.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Small issue Tires are about 4000 miles old and are very good in snow and rain. Dry performance is also very good. One issue is slight shake when starting out first thing in the morning. Car is garage kept and not below 55 degrees. Once the tires warm up, a couple of miles they are fine. Overall I'm pleased but would have liked to know the shake issue up front. Vehicle is 2013 Taurus SHO.
