Rated 5 out of 5 by from Outstanding Tire. I have 2 BMW's, 2009 Z4 35I which i have the original Extreme Contact DWS tires placed on it. I raised the air pressure 4lbs more (33 to 37). The ride changed significantly. The ride was much smoother and quieter without sacrificing performance. It performed well in all seasons includung snow. The second vehicle is a 2007 X3 3.0SI M series badge with Sport kit. Having the performance package made the vehicle ride rough, the DWS06 tires also smoothed out the ride and enhanced the the performance. I have not been through a winter season with the 06's yet, but am confident they will exceed all my expectations. I truly love the DWS tires and will perchase them as long as they are in production.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Traction and quiet I bought these a month ago and love them. The factory tire on my 2016 Mustang with performance package were constantly fighting for traction. I live in the Northwest where the temperatures are below 47 degrees most mornings and yjr weather tends to be wet alot of the time. The factory tires were always a handful, you always had to very light on the gas unless you wanted to break the tires loose everytime you started out. The DWS06 tires have great traction, no more having to be extra cautious starting out and they stick when cornering. Great traction even when cold out. highly recommend.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Excellent Wet and Dry Handling For some time now when it came time to purchase new tires to replace the worn OEMs, I have purchased the Continental ExtremeContact DWS and now DWS06. These tires exhibit excellent wet and dry handling characteristics, but I have to mentioned a word of caution regarding the new DWS06. These tires provide a much firmer ride than the former DWS model. You will feel every pebble in the road. Still an excellent tire though. I have this new model mounted on a 2013 Buick Verano Turbo and the degradation in ride quality from the OEM ContiProContact was extreme, but the car handles so much better now and does slide around on bends in the rain as the OEM tires did as they neared their end of life.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very Happy Today is Oct 6 2017. I bought these tires from Butler Tires in Alpharetta GA on Mar 03 2016. I have put approximately 12,000 miles on these tires and am very happy with their overall performance...to include wear, handling, road-noise, and ride-comfort. My car is a 2009, 135i with factory staggered-fitment. That said, I have been through several sets of tires. And, generally, the rears wear far-faster than the fronts. This is the first set of tires whereby I am NOT looking at replacing the rears. They still look good, tread-wise, and the DWS is still visible in the tread. Needless to say, I am extremely pleased with these tires. And I will be looking for this exact tire when I need new tires.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from 2012 Infiniti G37X AWD Sedan I just bought a set of these tires in Oct 2016, and the tread is almost gone. I do a lot of Highway driving, I have the car aligned twice per year and the tires rotated every 5K. When I first got them on my Infiniti, They were unbelievable. But now they make my care feel like it hydroplaning in the rain, and I cannot wait until the winter to get new tires. I went to the dealer to have them looked at, They wouldn't even bother to look at the tires. They said it was to short of a period. How about the DWS are worn off on the tire, pretty extreme sign to me that they should be replaced within the one year. But that's just me. Just let the manufacturing co. Know what's is happening in the real world.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Switched from High Performance Summer tires Bought the DWS06s to replace summer only tires. Live in Wisconsin and have dedicated snow tires but wanted to “bridge”the fall to winter and winter to spring transitions better. These are great tires overall. Quiet. Great in the rain. Very good in the dry. Turn in was a little slower than summer only tires - but that’s to be expected. I sold the car about 6,000 miles later so I can’t speak to longevity or what happens when the wear. From what I observed -would buy these again. Hey Continental - could we get these it the factory 21” size for the 2017 Audi Q7 ?

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great all around high performance tire Used this model DWS06 as a replacement for Porsche specified summer tires, which wear down extremely quickly. I am very pleased with the quality and performance. I had expected the grip to be somewhat slippery versus the stock summer tires, but for every day driving, these are completely adequate. They are quiet, much quieter than the summer tires, and the tread life is excellent. I have put close to 20,000 miles and there is no appreciable tread wear. Grip in snow and rain is very good, which is necessary for my very light weight car. I couldn't be happier with them.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent all around performance tire I had bought a set of these DWS06 tires to replace the factory Bridgestone tires that originally came with my Lexus. That first set of DWS06’s performed very well and lasted to just about the stated tire wear ( I’m hard on tires). So I purchased this second set and am just as happy with the handling and fuel consumption on these as well. I drive mostly highway and float around the 80 to 100 mpg range but these react well at speeds far lower and far higher. Great choice for the driver that wants quiet and comfort but also relys on performance and reaction times.
